Actually, I love decorating cakes! I don't eat too much of it though. I just love the feeling of accomplishment when I've completed one. Cake decorating has allowed me to explore the creative side of me that doesn't get to be used too often.

In the past year, I've collected images of cakes that I dream of being able to do myself... if only I had the reason to decorate one. With my collection growing and so far I can only count with my fingers the number of cake designs I've had the chance to make myself, I thought "why not share these pictures with others?". With my recent acquisition of web design and creation knowledge, cake-design-gallery was born. I am also hoping that this will help bring together the really good cake designers, both talentwise and in character, with customers who need them.

Aside from that, my sister is getting married soon and picking a cake is only one among the long list of things to do in preparing for a wedding. I hope cake-design-gallery will make cake hunting an easier task for every bride out there struggling to keep things together before their big day!
